Jade channel is a new international cable channel which requires service charge upgrade per Comcast.It has been 3 weeks since we registered the new added channel.
And guess what, the channel is accessible no more than 5 hours per day due to reception error per Comcast. Comcast blames it on the provider (Jade) and Jade blames it on Comcast. If comcast is selling Jade's product, shouldn't customers be able to utilize the service.
This brings no justice in tricking consumers to upgrade the product and yet, we are not able to utilize the entertainment.What a total ripped off and ridiculous!
